You need to access the service menu, with the following key combination:

jog dial UP
*
jog dial DOWN
jod dial DOWN
*
jog dial DOWN
*

You'll see 'Format internal disk' as an option.

How to unlock mmc

There is no simpler solution as I've figured out the card reader wont read it even if U've got one, if your card is locked.
the password for your mmc resides in "C:\system\mmcstore"
there are two solutions:
1) either U copy it to your phone from the old one where it was working.
2) send this file to your PC and rename it to "mmcstore.txt" and recover the password.
3) or U have to buy the unlocking cherry clip:(.

if anyOne else has a better solution please pleas3e please let me know.
